• XWE5000   is control by PC and servo motor.

• Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor. Cards are sent automatically by conveyor and has high accuracy of positioning .

• The direction of milled and un-milled card will be automatically inspected.

• Different size of implanting mould is easy to replace.

• The pneumatic clip with the function of automatical adjustment will put the card on the desired place.

• The Optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before implanted.

• IC card will be automatically positioned to ensure the high accuracy of implanting.

• Implanted card is up to ISO7816 standard and the machine equipped with the device for testing the accuracy of the implanted chip

• Test the modular ATR before collecting card.

• OCR to check embedding chip result.
